Service Description. This Site describes Corporate Event Valet, Wedding Valet Parking, Restaurant Valet, Hotel Valet, VIP Valet Parking, Private Party Valet provided by Olivos Valet Parking. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Olivos Valet Parking or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Olivos Valet Parking does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. Olivos Valet Parking is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Olivos Valet Parking from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Olivos Valet Parking may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
